Guitarist & Musician
Federico Bruera is a guitarist and Cuban Tres player, guitar tutor, composer, author of digital guitar lessons and products for GMI (Guitar & Music Institute).
Federico recorded and co-produced his first solo album Fuera del Surco in 2003 (released on iTunes 2009).
In 2003, Federico moved to the UK and settled in London, England, where he collaborated with some of the top artists/bands on the national and international Latin scene. Federico was a co-composer of Arms Open Wide, the main soundtrack for the British made film ‘Adulthood’.
Federico has graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a BA (Hons) Popular Music.
Since 2021, Federico continues to regularly study harmony, counterpoint and composition with Professor and composer Juan Carlos Casimiro.
In his spare time Federico also sings, as a Tenor, with The Garleton Singers
Also Federico has a Latin music radio show every Wednesday at 8 PM on East Coast 107.6 FM

Handwritten scores or previously published music can be copied into a clear, easy-to-read sheet music scores and parts using modern notation music software. Fede is a confident user of Finale and Sibelius music notation software.
Fede offers the highest quality of music preparation services, all the scores and parts from a existing piece of music can be adapted and transported to any key.
Music can be transcribed from a recording and written down into music notation, ideally for singer-songwriters who don’t read music and want to publish their own songs and hire session musicians.

LEARN WITH FEDE
Extensive experience tutoring guitar and bass to students with a wide range of abilities. Tutoring is available in both English and Spanish.
Federico’s preferred guitar method for popular music is the William Leavitt guitar method in three volumes, the renowned and basic text for the Berklee College of Music programme and in programmes universally.
Federico provides a balanced combination between theory and practice. Students will be able to learn how to play guitar or bass, read music, read chords and learn theory applied to improvisation.
Federico can also offer theory lessons for ABRSM theory exams, from grade 1 to 5.
Lessons can be face to face or online through Skype or Zoom.
Federico holds a Disclosure PVG, so able to work with children and or vulnerable adults.

Cancellation is a minimum of 24 hrs.
